The Vastu Purusha Mandala is metaphysical planning of building that subsumes the journey of supernatural forces and heavenly bodies.

According to the Hindu Cosmology, the square represents the surface of the Earth,

which is also the foundation of all Hindu forms.

Here, it represents the Earth in four corners explaining a horizontal relationship with the sunset and sunrise (the South and North direction)

The four corners ( the square)' diagrammatic representation is called the ‘Chaturbhuji’

It represents the ‘Prithivi Mandala’.

Such a diagram is quite common in astrological or horoscope charts. The square plan tells us the position of the planets, sun, moon, constellations, and the specific zodiac sign of a person depending on the time and place of birth.

Vastu Purusha was defeated by 45 deities mounted in different positions on Vastu Purusha.

The legend of the Vastu Purusha is related thus. Once a formless being blocked the heaven from the earth and Brahma ji with many other gods trapped him to the ground.

This incident is depicted graphically in the Vastu Purusha Mandala with portions allocated hierarchically to each deity based on their contributions and positions.

Brahma occupied the central portion - the Brahmasthana & other gods were distributed around in a concentric pattern

The outer sector of the Vastu Purusha Mandala has 32 gods, while the inner side has 13 Gods

to suppress the man.

Each part was ruled by respective Gods after which the directions and energies get their name.

The presence of these Deities adds energies to your life and improves the overall quality of your living. That is why people follow the Vastu Purusha Mandala before building their house to not upset the deities in that area.

On any plan Vastu purusha is placed with the head in the northeast and legs in the southwest.  When you follow the entire 9x9 chart guideline thoroughly, you are pleasing the deities, in return, they give you wealth, health, and a happy lifestyle forever.

Vastu square grid: For the construction of town, village or fort, vastu purush is worshiped on 64 squares (pada) grid For the construction of the house, 81 square (pada) grid of vastu purush is worshipped For temple, 100 Square (pada) grid is worshipped

In Vastu purush mandala, the square grid (pada) are associated with certain deities  

 • North ( Kuber)– Ruled by God of wealth (Money) 

• South (Yama) –  Ruled by God of death (Damaging) 

• East (Aditya)– Ruled by the solar deity- (Prosperity)

• West (Varuna) –  Ruled by God of water (Physical) 

 • North-East (Eshanya) – Ruled by Bhagwan Shiv (Divine) 

• South-East (Agni) –  Ruled by the fire deity (Energy)

.North-West (Vayu) -Ruled God of Air (Travelling)

• South-West – Ruled by Nairuti & ancestors (History)

• Center (Brahma ji)– Rules by the creator of the universe (balancing)

अभिमन्यु,चक्रव्यूह और उनके प्रकार🚩

 अभिमन्यु को भगवान कृष्ण और स्वयं अर्जुन ने युद्ध के सभी रूपों में प्रशिक्षित किया था। श्री कृष्ण की नीति के कारण अभिमन्यु को चक्रव्यूह में प्रवेश करने का आदेश प्राप्त हुआ और फिर चक्रव्यूह में निहत्थे अभिमन्यु पे जयद्रथ सहित 7 योद्धाओं

द्वारा आक्रमण किया गया (जो कि युद्ध के नियमों के विरुद्ध था ) और अभिमन्यु बीरगति की प्राप्त हुए कहा जाता है कि भगवान कृष्ण भी यही चाहते थे की युद्ध में नियम टूटें, जब एक पक्ष नियम तोड़ता है तो दूसरे पक्ष के लिए नियम तोड़ने आसान हो जाता है महाभारत मे कई व्यूहों का वर्णन मिलता है

पर इन सभी प्रकार में सबसे घातक ‘युद्ध रणनीति' की दृष्टि से चक्रव्यूह को माना जाता था माना जाता है कि 48x128 KM. के क्षेत्रफल में कुरुक्षेत्र का युद्ध हुआ था जिसमें भाग लेने वाले सैनिकों की संख्या लाखों में थी महाभारत के युद्ध मे चक्रव्यूह के लिए अक्षौहिणी (2,18,700 सैनिक,

प्राचीन भारत मे अक्षौहिणी सेना गिनने का सबसे बड़ा माप था ) से भी ज्यादा सैनिक लगे थे । यदि आकाश से चक्रव्यू को देखा जाए, तो वह एक चक्र की तरह घूमता हुआ नजर आता था।चक्रव्यूह की रचना में सैनिकों की 7 सुरक्षा पंक्ति होती थी। चक्रव्यू के पहले पंक्ति में

सभी सैनिक निरंतर रूप से घूमते रहते थे। चक्रव्यूह के पहले पंक्ति में सामान्य एवं कम युद्ध कौशल वाले सैनिक को रखा जाता था। यदि पहली पंक्ति में कोई विरोधी दल का सैनिक या योद्धा किसी सैनिक को मार कर अंदर प्रवेश कर भी जाए तो उस सैनिक का स्थान तुरंत कोई दूसरा सैनिक ले लेता था

हर अगली पंक्ति में पहले से ज़्यादा कौशलपूर्ण योद्धा होते थे। इस तरह चक्रव्यूह हर अगले चरण में पहले से ज़्यादा जटिल और शक्तिशाली होता जाता था चक्रव्यूह के अंतिम एवं सातवे पंक्ति में सबसे बलशाली एवं ताकतवर योद्धा उपस्थित होते थे ताकि यदि कोई सातवीं पंक्ति तक आ भी जाता है,

तो इस सातवीं पंक्ति के चक्रव्यूह से जीवित वापस जा सकना उसके लिए असम्भव हो महाभारत के युद्ध के 13वे दिन कौरवों की तरफ से उनके सेनापति द्रोणाचार्य ने चक्रव्यूह की रचना की, द्रोणाचार्य ने जब महाभारत में चक्रव्यूह की रचना की थी,

तो उन्होंने सातवीं पंक्ति में अपने अलावा दुर्योधन, दुशासन, कर्ण, कृपाचार्य, अश्वत्थामा जैसे बड़े-बड़े महारथियों को खड़ा किया था। चक्रव्यूह बनाने का मुख्य उद्देश युधिष्ठिर को बंदी बनाके युद्ध समाप्त करना था । द्रोणाचार्य को मालूम था की चक्रव्यूह को अर्जुन भेद सकते हैं

इसलिये अर्जुन को युद्धक्षेत्र की दूसरी तरफ उलझाया गया| तब चक्रव्यूह को भेदने के लिए भगवान कृष्ण ने अभिमन्यु के साथ चारों पांडव को भेजा अभिमन्यु ने बहुत ही तीव्रता के साथ चक्रव्यू पर आक्रमण किया। अभिमन्यु के पीछे-पीछे युधिष्ठिर, भीम, नकुल, सहदेव दूसरे अन्य योद्धाओं ने भी

चक्रव्यूह को भेदने का प्रयास किया किंतु निरंतर गतिमान एवं व्यूह का सैनिक संगठन बदल जाने से वे सफल न हुए । अभिमन्यु ही ऐसे वीर थे, जो सातवें चरण तक चक्रव्यू को तोड़कर अंदर घुसने में सफल रहे । सभी पंक्तियों को तोड़ते हुए जब अकेला अभिमन्यु चक्रव्यूह के केंद्र में पहुँच गए तब

कौरवों के बड़े बड़े योद्धा एवं महारथी विचलित होने लगे क्यूँकि दुर्योधन के पुत्र लक्ष्मण को भी अभिमन्यु ने मारा था। दुर्योधन अपने पुत्र को खोने के बाद बहुत क्रोधित था। सभी बड़े बड़े महारथी कौरव की तरफ से यह चाहते थे, कि यह चक्रव्यूह अभिमन्यु जीवित तोड़कर बाहर ना जाने पाए।

इसलिए कौरवों ने युद्ध के सभी नियमों को तोड़ा।कौरव की तरफ से सभी महारथियों ने अकेले अभिमन्यु को चक्रव्यूह के केंद्र में घेर लिया चक्रव्यूह में फंसे अकेले अभिमन्यु पर जयद्रथ सहित 7 लोगों ने एक साथ आक्रमण किया और चक्रव्यूह में लड़ते लड़ते अभिमन्यु वीरगति को प्राप्त को प्राप्त हुए

कौन कौन से योद्धा चक्रव्यूह भेद सकते थे ? पांडवो की तरफ से अर्जुन, श्री कृष्ण, अभिमन्यु (अधूरा ज्ञान था )और कौरवो की तरफ से भीष्म, द्रोण, कर्ण और अश्वत्थामा महाभारत मे न सिर्फ ‘चक्रव्यूह’ का प्रयोग हुआ बल्कि चक्रव्यूह जैसे और कई व्यूहों का प्रयोग किया गया था |

महाभारत मे किस-किस दिन कौन-कौन से व्यूह का गठन पांडव और कौरव की सेना ने किया उनके नाम और प्रकार👇🏼

किसी भी व्यूह रचना का ‘नामकरण’ उसे आसमान से देखे जाने पे वो जिस 'आकार' का दिखाई देता है उससे रखा जाता था | जैसे कि अगर 'गरुड व्यूह' को आसमान से देखा जाये तो सभी सैनिक गरुड पक्षी के आकार मे खडे दिखाई देते थे

इनके आकार और संरचना को देखकर इनके नाम को आसानी से समझ जा सकता हैI

Kundalini is the term for "a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine", conceptualized as a coiled-up

serpent. 

The practice of Kundalini yoga is supposed to arouse the sleeping Kundalini Shakti from its coiled base through the 6 chakras and penetrate the 7th chakra, or crown. 

This energy is said to travel along the ida (left), pingala (right) and central, or sushumna nadi - the main channels of pranic energy in the body. A recent article has suggested that the process may be mediated by vagus nerve.

Kundalini energy is technically explained as being sparked

during yogic breathing when prana and apana blends at the

3rd chakra (navel center) at which point it initially drops down

to the 1st and 2nd chakras before traveling up to the spine to

the higher centers of the brain to activate the golden cord - the

connection between the pituitary and pineal glands - and penetrate the 7 chakras.

Borrowing and integrating the highest forms from many

different approaches, Kundalini Yoga can be understood as a tri-fold approach of Bhakti yoga for devotion, Shakti yoga for

power, and Raja yoga for mental power and control.

Kriya yoga is a systematic combination of these three forms.

 Its purpose through the daily practice of kriyas and meditation in sadhana r described a practical technology of human consciousness for humans to achieve their total creative potential.

With d practice of Kundalini Kriya Yoga one would be able to liberate oneself from one's Karma and would also be able to realize one's Dharma (Life Purpose)
